Company policy
- 1. Company managers` goal is a strong, reliable and characteristic market position of the company, that provides quality products meeting the needs of our customers. Our staff is always perfectly informed of the customers` needs. We would like to have always satisfied customers and that is the reason, why we regularly evaluate and analyze their satisfaction.
- 2. Company management gives an example to other employees in loyalty, moral and conformity with the valid legislation, arranges for resources and determines terms for fulfillment of company`s objectives.
- 3. By effective communication, individual knowledge and skill development of employees the company achieves their active participation. Everyone knows his operating range and can fulfill his duties precisely, in time and at the first go.
- 4. The company owner gives his personal commitment to be in compliance with all Quality management system \QMS\ requirements and to improve its efficiency.
- 5. QMS helps us set up, control and develop company`s processes and activities. All performances and achieved objectives are in this respect regularly evaluated.
